Appointments over $200.00 require a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee to reserve the appointment time. This fee will be deducted from the total at checkout. Once the booking fee is placed, it is NON-TRANSFERABLE to another service.
Why is a Booking Fee Required?
A booking fee provides protection from no-shows and late-cancelled appointments that do not give the artist enough time to fill the appointment spot. It also splits up the payment for the client and gives a less remaining balance at checkout.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather and emergencies.
Definitive Beauty understands that unforeseen circumstances do come up and that you may need to move your appointment to a later date. We respectfully ask that appointments be rescheduled or canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Rescheduling or Cancellations of an appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and a new one placed to book again.
If you cancel or no-show on the day of your appointment for any reason, you will be charged a 30% additional fee off your full balance and forfeit your booking fee.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to book a new appointment.
This is a non-negotiable and strictly enforced policy. This is to respect our time, to not rush the appointment, and to respect the time of other client appointments.
No Guests or Children
Due to the undivided attention that is required of the artist during the procedure and to minimize distractions, no guests or children are permitted to attend the appointment.
Rescheduling Your 6-8 Week Touch-Up
Each client will be scheduled for their 6-8 week touch-up immediately after initial appointment. This ensures that clients receive the touch-up within the 8-week time frame. If you must reschedule this appointment, please do so ahead of time and be sure it is within 8 weeks from your initial appointment.
After 8 weeks, it is no longer considered a 6-8 week touch-up, and will be charged according to how many weeks it has been since the appointment. This means additional fees will apply.
If you’ve had previous work done before by another artist, you MUST email email@example.com or text (315) 870-8787 clear photos with no filters or makeup to get approval before booking. Not all existing work can be covered without lightening or removal first.
Clients who arrive at an appointment with previous work that was not approved by us will forfeit their booking fee and will be charged an additional 30% of the full service for the artist’s time lost.
Do NOT submit your booking fee until you have read all information applicable to your appointment.
