“If you are thinking about getting your brows done with Angela, do it!! She is very kind, professional, and her work is fantastic. The shop is very cute and clean, and Angela makes you feel comfortable and at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I’m obsessed with my eyebrows, thank you Angela!”
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a procedure that uses a scalpel-like tool which includes a series of needles. They make a cut in your skin and fill it with pigment to create a hair-like effect. This causes TRAUMA to your skin, resulting in scar tissue. Microblading often doesn’t heal properly, causing color changes over time.
Alternatively, powder brows and nano brows are a type of cosmetic tattooing, making eyebrows look soft and natural. Powder brows are ideal for most skin types and ages, while nano brows mimic the hair like effect without causing any trauma to the skin.
“I had microblading done almost 4 years ago and it was a disaster. My brows were two very different shapes and the ink had turned red. No matter what I tried (chemical peels, laser, time) I couldn’t get the red to fade. Angela told me to trust her and I am so glad I did. I finally feel confident about my brows again. She was able to cover up the red and make my brows even again. I’m so thankful for her! Go here, trust me!”

Your Questions About Alternatives to Microblading
Angela holds over 20 certifications and licenses, offering the most up to date techniques for powder brows, nano brows and combo brows.
What are nano brows?
Nano brows mimic the look of microblading without the trauma. We use a very fine needle in our cosmetic tattoo machine to mimic hair strokes on your eyebrows. This creates a look that’s really close to your natural eyebrow hairs. It’s like having a super-precise eyebrow pencil that doesn’t wash off. Ideal for those who prefer a highly natural and subtle look
What are powder brows?
Think of it like applying powder makeup to your eyebrows. We use a cosmetic tattoo machine to gently put color into the skin that gives the illusion of tiny pixels. The result? Your eyebrows look naturally full and beautifully shaded, just like you’ve applied a little makeup. It’s perfect if you’re after a softer, fuller look. We specialize in natural, “less is more” looks with this technique.
What are combo brows?
This is a mix of two styles. The first part of the brow is individual hair strokes that are done with the machine (mimics the look of microblading) and the second part is the powder brow technique. This gives you the best of both worlds – natural-looking hairs in the front of the brow and a soft, powdered finish from the middle of the brow to the tail. It’s great if you want a more clean look.
Each of these styles is done with the cosmetic tattoo machine to not cause trauma or scarring to the skin.
“I had the powder brow treatment and can’t be happier with how they came out. I’ve always been self conscious about my eyebrows and this treatment gave me my confidence back. And no longer do I have to worry about perfecting my eyebrows before work because they are already done!”
